Mixed oak and conifer woodland, 16.5 ha in the Loire Valley

This forestry property of 16 hectares and 50 ares is situated in Loir-et-Cher, in the Loire Valley. The woodland forms a single, contiguous parcel, offering simplified and coherent management of the entire holding.

The stand comprises principally oak in both irregular and regular high forest, complemented by coppice areas. Coniferous species and various other broadleaves are also present, enriching the biodiversity of the site. A detailed inventory has been completed, recording 1,470 cubic metres of oak distributed across 2,523 stems, demonstrating interesting potential for timber realisation.

Access to the parcel is facilitated by a serviceable track suitable for all vehicle types, which represents a significant asset for forestry operations and management. This configuration allows sylvicultural works and harvesting operations to be undertaken with confidence.
