Mixed woodland 15.7 ha, Jura – managed high forest

This forestry property of 15 hectares and 71 ares is located in the Jura, comprising parcels grouped within the same geographical area. The woodland consists of a managed high forest predominantly combining spruce and fir, enriched with a mix of broadleaves.

A recent inventory, conducted following the latest silvicultural works, records a standing volume of 1,530 m³ of conifers and 270 m³ of broadleaves. The forest benefits from regular maintenance, with timber affected by bark beetle having been recently cleared.

Accessibility is a major asset of this property: a forest track provides direct vehicular access to the parcels, facilitating harvesting operations and forestry management.
