Mixed woodland, 10.73 ha, Jura – productive high forest

This forestry property of 10.73 hectares (26.5 acres) is situated as a single contiguous holding in the Jura department. It comprises a productive high forest with a well-balanced mixed stand combining conifers and broadleaves.

The woodland is predominantly composed of spruce and fir, complemented by broadleaf species. A recent inventory records a standing timber volume of 727 m³ of conifers and 117 m³ of broadleaves, representing a substantial timber resource.

The forest benefits from regular maintenance, and timber affected by bark beetle is currently undergoing sanitary harvesting. Access is particularly convenient, with direct vehicular access to the parcels, facilitating silvicultural operations and timber extraction.
