Mixed woodland for sale, 18.7 ha in the Jura

This 18.7-hectare (46.2-acre) forestry property is situated in the Haut-Jura and comprises a mixed woodland of conifers and broadleaves. The forest includes principally a spruce plantation with substantial standing timber volume, together with mixed coniferous high forest interspersed with beech.

A recent inventory records a total volume of 3,108 m³ of coniferous timber and 95 m³ of broadleaf timber. It should be noted that certain beetle-infested timber requires harvesting at the earliest opportunity.

Access to the woodland is straightforward by vehicle from the departmental road D25, or via a metalled forest track managed by the ASA du Crêt on the commune of La Pesse, ensuring functional forest access for harvesting operations.
