Maritime Pine Forest, 77 ha in Aquitaine, Gironde

A forestry holding of 77 hectares (190 acres) comprising several parcels situated in the commune of Lacanau, less than an hour from Bordeaux and twenty minutes from the Atlantic coast.

The woodland is predominantly maritime pine, distributed across a well-balanced age structure: 42% of young stands under 15 years, 36% of stands aged 15 to 25 years, and 22% of mature stands over 25 years. This generational diversity allows for regular, staggered timber yields over time.

The parcels benefit from fertile soils promoting vigorous tree growth. Access to the woodland is straightforward. Located within the Landes de Gascogne massif, these forestry surfaces enjoy proximity to a well-developed industrial network for timber processing and valorisation.
