Located in the Montagne Bourbonnaise, this 10-hectare (24.7-acre) forestry property comprises principally even-aged coniferous stands. Douglas fir is the dominant species, complemented by robinia and other broadleaves.

The Douglas fir plantations were established over two distinct periods: approximately 4.40 hectares planted in 1975 and 2.59 hectares planted in 1997. A recent inventory covering more than 4 hectares reveals a standing timber volume of 1,886 m³ across 1,506 stems, of which 1,645 m³ of Douglas fir represents 1,116 trees. This mature timber resource offers attractive harvesting prospects in the short term.

The property benefits from numerous springs and streams running through the parcels. A ruined building of approximately 4 ares (0.04 hectares) completes the holding. Access and working conditions are facilitated by suitable forest roads.
